* The rates are based per person and day in a double room. Taxes included as well as:

Rich breakfast buffet with specialities from local farmers, choice of 4 course dinner in the evening (with three various maincourses) and salad buffet.

Lunch time (12 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.) we serve a skier-soup in the Eagles-Bar.

Afternoon with coffee/tea and cake (16 to 17.30 h).

Free access to the swimming pool (indoor), sauna and the deluxe-infrared-cabine.

10 % reduction on ski pass Patscherkofel

10 % reduction on ski school and ski-rental services

Reductions for children (in the parents room):
From 0 to 2 years: 100% from 3 to 13 years: 50% more than 14 years: 30%

Reservations/bookings: You will receive a confirmation with all details. We ask you for a deposit of 20% of the booking (transfer with CC or cheque).
Receiving the prepayment, the booking is definitly.

Cancellation policy:
27- 15 fully days before the arrival, 30% of the total price
14- 7   fully days before the arrival, 50% of the total price
6 – 4   fully days before the arrival, 70% of the total price
3 - 1 day before the arrival or „No Show“ total price (100%)
